Founding Story: Timberlake Firearms was founded in 2016 as a small, home-based business with a simple goal — to make it easier for customers to find quality firearms at a fair price. What started as a passion quickly grew into a trusted local source for firearms and accessories.

As demand increased, we expanded into a 400-square-foot shop inside another Carrollton business, where we proudly served customers throughout the pandemic. Soon after, we moved into a larger and more unique location — an old train station — and rebranded as The Gun Depot, adding Virtual Ranges for both training and entertainment.

In 2023, we relocated once again to our current, more visible storefront in downtown Carrollton, continuing to offer our popular Virtual Range experience while returning to our roots under the original name, Timberlake Firearms.

By 2025, our growth continued with the addition of archery products and repair services, expanding our reach to serve both firearm and archery enthusiasts. Today, we remain committed to providing exceptional customer service, reliable products, and expert support for shooters, hunters, and outdoor sportsmen across the region.

Since its founding in 2016, Timberlake Firearms has grown from a small home-based operation into one of Carrollton’s most trusted destinations for firearms, archery, and shooting sports.
